ABBREVIATIONS:
ch – chain
mc – magic circle
sl st – slip stitch
hdc – half double crochet
flo – front loop only
blo – back loop only
sc – single crochet
dc – double crochet
Written Pattern:
Round 0: mc
Round 1: (sc, ch) as first dc, dc, ch 3, (dc 3, ch 3) x4, dc, sl st blo to the first dc [15 dc total]
Note: With all of the stitches from round 1 – the magic circle may not fully close
Round 2: sc in the same stitch as sl st, (sc in the ch space, hdc in the ch space, ch 3, hdc and sc in the same ch sp, sc in the next stitch, sl st in the next stitch, sc in the next stitch) x 4, sc and hdc in the ch space, ch 3, hdc and sc in the same ch sp, sc in the next stitch, sl st in the next stitch, sl st to the first stitch of the round or finish with invisible join.
Cut the yarn, weave the ends in!
HANGER: Make the hanger from the ribbon or the yarn of your choice and attach it at the top of the Star!
