Why design like this?
Another flower design that I made upon request – I had a lot of struggle capturing its real beauty, and in fact, it’s the only flower in the collection so far that requires any sewing! However, I’m pretty happy with the final result!
Lip structure
I wish to create this part as naturally as possible, and I’m pretty glad with how it turned out. As you may have seen, the pin in the center here is just a variation!
Closer look to the 3D structure
The flower is built with layers to maintain the natural shape of the real orchid.
